MasterRMS is a business platform. We collect the minimum needed to run your workspace and answer your enquiries.

What we collect

• Account data: your name, email, phone and restaurant details.
• Operational data you enter: menu, orders, invoices, customers, staff, stock and bookings.
• Billing data: plan, invoices and payment references. Card details are handled by the payment gateway, never stored by us.
• Technical data: IP address, browser and device type, for security and diagnostics.

Demo requests

When you request a demo we store the business name, contact name, phone, email and city you provide, so our Kathmandu team can call you back. Ask us to delete it at any time and we will.

Cookies

The marketing site sets no advertising cookies. The console uses one session cookie to keep you signed in and one CSRF token cookie to protect forms.

Who can see your data

Only your own staff, within the roles you assign. Platform administrators can see workspace metadata (plan, status, invoice totals) but not your sales data unless you grant support access.

Retention

Operational data stays while your workspace is active. After closure it is retained for the period required by Nepali fiscal rules, then deleted.

Your rights

You can export your data from the console at any time, correct your account details, and ask us to delete a lead enquiry or close your workspace.
