Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of MasterRMS (the "Service"), operated from Kathmandu, Nepal. By creating an account or using the Service you agree to them.

1. Accounts and trials

New workspaces start with a free trial. No payment details are required to start. At the end of the trial the workspace continues on the plan you choose, or it is suspended after the configured grace period.

2. Subscriptions and billing

Plans are billed monthly or yearly in Nepali Rupees. Prices exclude applicable taxes, which are shown on every invoice. A payment extends the current period from its existing end date; a mid-period upgrade is prorated for the days remaining.

3. Your data

You own the business data you put into the Service: orders, invoices, customers, staff and stock. We store it to operate the Service, keep backups, and provide support when you ask. We do not sell it.

4. Fiscal records

Issued tax invoices are immutable by design. A second print of an invoice is marked as a copy. You are responsible for the accuracy of the PAN/VAT number and legal entity name you enter, and for complying with the tax rules that apply to your business.

5. Acceptable use

• Do not attempt to access another restaurant workspace or the platform console.
• Do not resell or sublicense the Service without a written agreement.
• Do not use the Service to issue fraudulent tax documents.

6. Availability and support

We aim for continuous availability and give support during Nepal business hours. Scheduled maintenance is announced in the console.

7. Changes

We may update these terms as the product changes. Material changes are announced inside the console before they take effect.
